Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes how SuperOrdinary LATAM LLC handles the personal data you share with us through this site. It is written in line with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SuperOrdinary LATAM LLC, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, with offices at 660 Newport Center Drive, Suite 1600, Newport Beach, California 92660, United States. We operate in the region together with SuperOrdinary México, S. de R.L. de C.V. and SuperOrdinary Brasil Ltda., which may access your data when your enquiry relates to their market.

2. What data we collect

Only what you give us voluntarily through the contact form. If you are a brand: full name, work email, company or brand, country, website or brand handle and your message. If you are a creator: name, email, country and city, your handles and how often you go live. If you write for press, jobs or partnerships: name, email and your message. We do not collect sensitive personal data or data from minors.

3. What we use them for

Necessary purposes: replying to your enquiry, contacting you and assessing a possible commercial or collaboration relationship. Additional purposes, which are not necessary and you may refuse without affecting your enquiry: sending you information about our services and channel updates. We do not make automated decisions affecting you, nor do we build profiles.

4. On what legal basis

In Brazil, processing relies on your consent when submitting the form and on our legitimate interest in handling commercial enquiries (LGPD article 7, items I and IX). In Mexico, it relies on your consent, understood as given when you submit the form after this Notice has been made available to you.

5. Who else can see them

Form submissions arrive in a corporate mailbox hosted on Microsoft 365. This involves an international transfer of data to the United States and to the data centres Microsoft operates, covered by your consent and by that provider's contractual commitments. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we share it with third parties for their own advertising.

6. How long we keep them

We keep your message for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

7. What rights you have

In Mexico you may exercise your ARCO rights: access your data, rectify it if inaccurate, cancel it and object to its use. You may also withdraw your consent at any time and limit the use or disclosure of your data. In Brazil you may confirm that processing exists, access, correct, anonymise, block or delete data, request its portability, find out who we share it with and withdraw your consent.

8. How to exercise them

Write to info@superordinary.lat stating which right you wish to exercise and the email address you originally wrote from. We reply within the 20 business days set by Mexican law and the 15 days set by the LGPD. If you are not satisfied, you may turn to INAI in Mexico or ANPD in Brazil.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this Notice. The current version will be published on this page with its update date. If a change is substantial and affects how we use your data, we will notify you by email before applying it.
